"I understand the hotel was remodeled in 2025 and it shows. The rooms are very updated and clean. The room we had - 430 - had been remodeled to show the exposed old wooden beams of the building. Quite beautiful. The bed was wonderful as were the comforters. We love staying in the old part of town and being able to explore it right there. We would definitely stay there again."

"This hotel was everything and even more that we could have asked for. We were lucky enough to get upgraded to the newer building of the hotel which, which was a lovely surprise when we got there. The check in process was so smooth, and every one was so polite and helpful. The staff provided recommendations in the city of things to do, and places to go in the surrounding area. Our room was great: clean, comfortable, great shower, and a nice view to go a long with it. The breakfast spread was so...

"Centrally located. Very clean and well equipped properly. Lovely comfortable bed. The agent Jeanine was extremely helpful and it was easy to contact her. Smart TV with some English channels. I cannot fault this property."

"We stayed here just to catch Benina express in the morning! It was a little complicated to get in but the rooms are super clean! Bed and pillow so comfy! Great choice!"

"I was trying to give them all 5 stars but for some reason, I could not reach the 5th one on my screen. ABC is an amazing hotel! Extremely clean, well finished and beautiful. We were so surprised how the free breakfast was complete! They even had mimosas. The coffee was excellent and they colour their boiled eggs in a beautiful shade which makes your plate look so appetizing. And the staff made it even more fun! Flavia at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. The servers at breakfast...

"We loved everything about this stay! From the friendly staff to the gorgeous room and amazing shower! Loved being connected to a mall and breakfast was also delicious. Highly recommend for a family. Very spacious and great amenities."

"Staff is very helpful. But the amenities are very limited"

"Really lovely hotel with a good spa and nice little bar (serves some tasty cocktails). What made it extra special was the Pradaschier Toboggan pass from the hotel for staying 2+nights. This saved us a lot of money. Down side was the restaurant is closed Mon & Tues evenings and very little choice in the villages for restaurants."

"Beautiful location for this wonderful resort & spa. Our room was comfortable & modern. We enjoyed our balcony view very much. The in house spas was excellent with different types of sauna and a whirlpool. Restaurant & bar - excellent service and food."

"Schöner Kurzaufenthalt in einer empfehlenswerten Unterkunft!"

"Amazing location, service and stay! They even helped accommodate an upgrade room because we had to cut our regular room nights short by 1 night!"

"Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, frisch und sehr fein. Nur das Personal schien morgens um 7h / 7:30h noch nicht ganz so motiviert zu sein. Auf dem kostenlosen Parkplatz hat sich auch mein Auto wohl gefühlt - es hat sich jedenfalls nicht beschwert. ;) Gerne wieder."

"Didn't have WiFi on the day of travel so although I had tried to check in online a couple of days before, I missed vital info that was sent by email on day of arrival which made access harder than it should have been"
