"Overall good but there is no elevator!"

"Best place to stay in Nice. It is right in the heart of old town and everything is within walking distance. The market in the mornings was the best to buy fresh fruit and walk along the beach. There is a coffee shop across the street for the coffee lovers and an ice cream shop for those with a sweet tooth. The room itself is very simple but has everything that you need. The shower it self is small but other than that it was great! The hotel staff is also very nice and great with communication....

"The location of this hotel is to die for. As a tourist, I would venture to say you would be hard pressed to find a better located hotel. You are so close to all of the main attractions of Nice: the beach, Castle Hill, Promenade de Anglais, Place Massena, Old Town, not to mention about a 15min from the Nice-Ville train station which can take you anywhere on the French Riviera. The price of the room felt fair, the rooms were cleaned everyday. My only two complaints with the room was that one day...

"Simple, people were very nice, spot is easy access to old Piece and easy transportation to the airport. It was accessible and inexpensive. Totally worth it. "

"Hotel was in a prime position, for both the beach and night scene. The hotel is small but well kept and the rooms are well designed/decorated and very welcoming & comfortable. They are doing their bit from an eco perspective too which is nice to see. "

"Karin was very helpful but the room was tiny, the shower was so tiny and it did not drain well. The was a pot for hot water and a couple of packs of sugar but nothing else. No elevator and very narrow stairs. "

"Mainly positive but a couple of minor moans. Good stuff first. Super clean, very comfy bed, enough kitchen equipment for basic cooking, a couple of coffee makers, nice chairs and tables, nicely laid out bathroom with sufficient towels. A big airy room with 2 big opening windows. Very secure feel to the whole block of flats, and a great central location. If only it had been a few floors lower. There are 70, yep, seven zero stair steps to get to your flat and no lift. It's utterly exhausting!...
