"This is a fine hotel, although the rooms are nothing special beyond a standard 3 start hotel; the reason for 4 stars is the great location in Old Town, and very friendly staff. Nice lobby and bar/Starbucks as well. One warning is that if you use the underground parking, the exit is curved and quite tight, and navigating a larger vehicle such as an SUV was more difficult than it should be."

"I had previously stayed at this South Scottsdale located Holiday Inn and Suites. This time I was mainly looking for a place to crash because I was exhausted. I arrived at 11:30 pm and the gentleman working was super nice and I was able to go to the room and crash as planned!"

"Near old town!! Pool was green . A stranger had access to our room at 2AM. Manager did nothing and at check out they did not ask how our stay was. They knew it was bad"

"My stay was good. My room was clean and recently renovate. Overall the stay was okay. We didn’t get free breakfast because of the renovation but that’s fine my main issue was my first night, my tv wasn’t working. I went downstairs to tell staff but she didn’t do anything I told staff again next day and she fix it no problem, don’t understand why I couldn’t get it fixed first day."
