"This place was more than we expected. We had a great room that overlooked the streets and an orchestra had played back to back days, and it was nice to open the windows and enjoy the music. Our family suite was great, but I did not realize that the “family suite” included a pull out couch as the second room. We are from the US and some of the room’s features we were not familiar with, so we did not know how to operate the bidet in the master quarters. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel. I am sure a smoking bar might be a draw for some, but that was a bit much for us."

"The hotel is well situated near to the main train station and well connected to the bus and tram lines. The hotel was very clean and the family room was very comfortable offering two single beds for our two children (aged 16 and 11). Breakfast was delicious which we enjoyed in the summer terrace. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and polite with great recommendations for restaurants."

"This was our first stop on our honeymoon after a long day of travel; the front desk staff were exceedingly attentive and friendly. The hotel upgraded us and the room was charming - they provided prosecco and chocolates with fresh fruit, and the concierge helped get us reservations at a nearby restaurant a wedding guest had recommended (despite it being booked out). It’s been a great experience all around. The hotels location is extremely convenient if this is your first time visiting. It was a two minute walk from the main station (you’ll see the sign as soon as you walk out towards the Main Street). It’s very centrally located. The rooms are clean and the valet very helpful.The restaurant was also quite nice. "

"Nice hotel within a short walk from the train station. Very close to an area with cafes, restaurants and stores. Around the corner from a “polybahn” that takes you up the hill for a beautiful panoramic view of the city."
