"Great breakfast buffet. 2 blocks to supermarket and London Underground can’t beat that. Loved that we had a walk in large wardrobe. Cleaned room daily. It’s an older building and some hall floors are carpeted over and uneven but what more can they do?. It all worked well. Also very quiet and staff super friendly- we never really needed to interact with them just walked on and out. Good security also though felt like a very safe area. "

"We loved the hotel and the staff were very polite and professional throughout. We had a lovely room 1205 and the view across London was amazing. Unfortunately we were disturbed on both nights by the family in the next room. They obviously had small children and the mother mostly was screaming at them to be quiet. The children sounded very frightened and this made them cry even more. They were pleading with their “mummy “ to stop. This was all very upsetting. I did use the telephone in the bedroom to ring reception as we were very concerned. Unfortunately we got no answer and thought it best not to knock on their door. This has no reflection on the staff or the hotel as you can’t choose in advance what type of guests you get. I did mention this to reception this morning when we checked out and they apologised and said they would monitor it. Once again can I say that we enjoyed the hotel and would consider a return visit in the future. "
