"We were in the area for a convention near Bowden. Very convenient location, and great facility. We enjoyed the breakfast options as well. When we left my daughter left behind a very special toy rabbit she had had since she was born. When we called to inquire if it was found, Fatima was amazing. She did find it and inquired where we lived. When we let her know she was actually going to be travelling to our city the next day and brought my daughters toy rabbit with her to return to us! This meant a lot to us and just shows what great customer service this hotel promotes!! Highly recommend, and definitely would come again when in the area!!
