"Lovely welcome to the hotel by one of the maître d's , very friendly, always happy to engage in conversation and very helpful. Hotel room was lovely and clean on arrival and continued to be throughout the week stay. Achieved great night sleeps due to quietness . The facilties were great , the pool and sauna were very relaxing and beautiful art all around . Great location , close to local shops ,cafes and restaurants . 2 min walk to many train umdergrounds.The area was very tranquil. ...

"What an amazing hotel! The room design is awesome - lots of shelves conveniently located and places to put 2 suitcases comfortably! It is convenient to public transport (10 min walk), a supermarket and restaurant options and is right in the middle of Berlin. The staff are friendly, helpful and speak excellent English. Free coffee in the morning and a restaurant and bar in the foyer just tops things off!"
