"The Ballard Studio was spacious, clean and well maintained, nicely furnished, and the owner included very nice amenities in the kitchen and bath as well as a washer and dryer, all at our disposal. Our only discomfort was that the studio is not air conditioned and there is only one small window, which opens to the busy street, and no cross ventilation.
