"I absolutely loved Q Lodge. Myself and my boyfriend stayed there for 17 nights and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to the Hakuba snow resorts. We found the customer service to far exceed our expectations. The lodge itself seems to be set up for shorter stay, which is an explanation for my only issue which was the cleanliness of the room.
