"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. "Lovely staff including the front desk staff including Ms. Kate. Very helpful Concierge staff including Mr. Chaw. Very attentive cleaning staff on Floor 10 including Ms. Apple. The staff at the Spa were also very welcoming. I do think the carpets in the hallway need shampooing as it is quite dusty. Moreover, the air conditioning unit in Room 1022 needs thorough maintenance, as it was quite moldy and then it was noisy after the engineers responded to my request for cleaning."
