"We had a lovely couple of days in the Megapod! Friendly and helpful staff, hot tub and BBQ and just chilling out. Hot tub went wonky on second day but the staff persevered and got it sorted in time for a nice hot soak! Overall, great staff, locals, food and accommodation hence 5 stars!"

"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. "We received a very warm welcome from the staff when we arrived plus a very welcome glass of water as we checked in. The hotel is very well situated to explore Ludlow and the surrounding countryside, it sits an easy 10 minute stroll into Ludlow, crossing a very picturesque bridge beneath the walls of the castle and offering a dramatic view of the castle as you approach. We had a lovely first evening meal at the hotel, the menu is appropriately short and the wine list very good, a very nice touch is the offer of a number of wines by the carafe, great for couples. Breakfast is served in the light filled conservatory and again had a good selection of cereals and cooked dishes, with vegetarian options. Staff were really helpful and on hand to advise on places to visit nearby. All in all a very nice place to stay."
