There were no amenities (the rooms had a poor quality shower and cracked furnishing), no staff available except during bar and restaurant times, only two parking spaces on the property, and no lift (narrow stairs as well). The "continental breakfast" consisted of tea or coffee you made yourself, corn flakes or granola, and orange...

The room could do with a slight update....e.g. more plug sockets and a bigger...

The member of staff who booked us in and showed us to our room, and later served us in the restaurant, was exceptional - welcoming, cheerful, informative, helpful. The member of staff who served breakfast was equally good - efficient, cheerful and helpful. Food was good and the room was comfortable and clean."

"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."
