"About the only positive thing I can say for this property is that it was quiet. Also the young lady at the reception desk when we checked out, listened, was sympathetic and very polite. Otherwise the negative points to this property overshadowed every thing else. The property was supposed to have Wi-Fi, and after checking in, there was NO Wi-Fi in our room, we returned to reception and inquired, their response was “well sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t”. "Easy access to transportation (train, bus, tram) and walking distance to shopping mall (Nordstan) and park (mini botanical garden). Excellent breakfast buffet. Excellent and friendly staff - special thanks to Paulina at check-in! Comfortable bed with four different size pillows. Ability to use Chromecast on the TV. If you are sensitive to noise, you may need to bring ear plugs as you can hear trams and trains and people outside."

"Patogi vieta,švara. Puikiai pailsėjome viešbutis turistam labai patogioj lokacijoj.Išlipi iš traukinio ir čia pat švarus,tvarkingas šiuolaikiškas viešbutis.Jokio triukšmo,ramu.Šalia parkai ir senamiestis,parduotuvės tiek maisto,tiek kitos.Jei toliau keliausite nereiks klaidžioti ir ieškoti tarkim autobusų stoties.Ji čia pat.Tiesiog nuostabu."

"The room, and all you can eat breakfast was magnificent! I fully enjoyed my stay. Would give this hotel only the BEST rating. What I was shocked by was being charged over $90.00 for Laundry….i could have purchased new clothing for less. It was completely unexpected and super frustrating. I wish the Hotel would compensate me especially because I had a $139 upgrade available which I didn’t use."

"Very close to a canal. Trams go right by and can take you straight to the central rail station. A tram can take you to a ferry port which can give you access to a number of very cool islands. Nice room. Beware: a security guy came down hard on me for opening a can of Celcius(sp?) water in the lobby, Maybe he thought it was a beer? Very affable people at the front desk. They only want to do housekeeping every fourth day. "

"This hotel is located right in the middle of the city right next to the central station and the main shopping mall. Easy walking distance to everything you need close by or hop on a tram or bus. The hotel itself was quiet, with friendly staff. The family room that we booked was excellent for bringing kids and we particularly wanted pool access. Easy to book access to the pool. Nice facilities with sauna available too. Breakfast buffet gets 5 ⭐ plus. Thank you! "
