"This property was very special with antiques, artwork and plants. Hosts were very friendly and helpful with information about the area. Breakfast was good. Since this is a special historic site the building has a few challenges. Run the water for 5 minutes for it to get to the bathroom, learn how to turn on the heater. Stairs to the room are very steep. This a bed and breakfast not a hotel. We did enjoy our stay."

"Highly recommend. Couldn’t have asked for a better place and location. The staff was very personable and so friendly."

"For the off season rate it’s a very good value. Newer building value breakfast. Just a nice place."

"A great escape. We enjoyed the remoteness of the ranch. Wildlife greated us frequently from the balcony. Friendly staff. Would stay again."

"Just about perfect !! Expect steps if you’re on the second floor (we were aware going in) but otherwise it was extremely well located, very quaint with all of the amenities (including an amazing spa tub) & very affordable as well. Would **highly** recommend & only suggestion would be to put an ashtray and a bench in the grassy area off to the back side of the parking lot. I’m sure you don’t want to “encourage“ smoking but in our experience it’s better to have a spot designated than to not....

"Quick stay but just what I needed. Courteous and helpful staff and super convenient location. Thank you!"

"Clean room, location and parking. Staff were kind and helpful."

"Perfect location to visit Zion from, It has food, coffee, a brewery, an outdoor store, a grocery store, and a general/gift store all within the footprint of the lodge. One of the most convenient and pleasant accommodations I've ever stayed with."

"Beautiful buildings and grounds. Conveniently located. Very friendly and helpful staff."
