"We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"We loved everything about the property. The rental was clean and comfortable. The landscaping was beautiful. It was perfectly located close to all area attractions. The only recommendation would be a rug or floor mat inside the front door in order to keep the floor clean from wet shoes on rainy days. We will definitely stay here again! "

"Everything was just as described in listing. Kids enjoyed the game room. Location was perfect for us. Host was very tenative to respond to our questions. Check out and check in was very easy. "

"We spent a month at this beautiful peaceful retreat & it was wonderful. The home is a rustic, unique A-frame situated right on the Rappahannock River. We had the privilege of seeing several bald eagles from the back deck during our stay. It was very comfortable and we felt like we were at home while we were there. We brought our Labrador Retriever who enjoyed his stay as well. Would highly recommend this property to others who are looking for a laid back place to stay complete with tranquility...

"Great location for a Busch Gardens and Historic Williamsburg vacation. "

"Beautiful views of the water 360 degrees around. Turtles can be found right in the driveway, along with a tiniest crabs you'll ever see. Perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, which both are provided. The inside is extremely comfortable in every place you sit. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! Wish we'd stayed longer."
