"Para empezar...soy platinum member de expedia desde hace mas de 10 años... No visiten este hotel! No sirve el telefono No sirve el clima.estamos a 38 grados.. No me cambiaron de cuarto. El " gerente" vino a checar el clima y segun ya estaba trabajando... Una toalla nada mas. Y una botellita de agua... Orizaba tiene muchas otras opciones...lamento que este hotel este tan mal...."

I start walking looking for the place, I had to take a taxi. The place is so far away from downtown, too bad. I should give a star for that. I"
