the hotel was beautiful. the staff were very polite and on point. the rooftop resteraunt service was horrible, food was limited and the service was just slow which definitely left a bad taste in my mouth

"DISGUSTING! It goes so far beyond just being outdated. It was filthy. All the halls smell of mildew. The wooden doors are all warped. I opened one of them and it had a/c duct work running through it. It was full of black, wet mold."
