"This property is wonderful. It is has everything one needs in a vacation rental and is beautifully appointed. The location can’t be beat - it is safe, quiet and within close walking distance of both a great pool and the ocean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, plus grocery stores, etc. The owner was terrific and responded immediately to any questions. Highly, highly recommend this property!"

"The apartment was very nice just like advertised I only wish it had a balcony. We only had two hiccups both was beyond there control we had no electricity for about 6-7 hours the last two days of vacation so that put a little damper on the end.the people before us took the remote for The bedroom tv so we couldn’t watch in the bedroom we had three adults which was fine not good if there was 4 the Fulton wasn’t that big other wise it was a good spot I would go again "

We love that they got all the kitchen appliances since my husband is vegan , so I have to cook most of the meal for him during our stay . "Loved the decorations in this home. Communication with the property manager was top-notch. She even helped us get an extra beach chair since there was only one available. (That would be my only recommendation—that there be enough beach shares to accommodate the number of people that can stay in the house, and that they be the kind of chairs that recline. Other than that, we literally have no complaints.) It’s a great place! Highly recommend"

"I want to start by saying Lucas, our host, always kept full communication with us. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at airport but we rented a vehicle. I would like to point out that you really do not need to rent a car. Everything you need is close proximity to you. Walgreens across the street, souvenir shops and restaurants. You can take an Uber and if you decide you want to rent a vehicle, there is a place across the street to rent one. As far as the condo, the location was right on...

"Overall the apartment was nice has a decent size kitchen area open space living area and the bedroom is very cozy. The view of the ocean spectacular. Although the facade of the building is old there are repairs going on but it does not affect your stay. The building inside is very clean. Everything is walking distance especially since the building is located on Ashford Ave one of the main avenues in Condado and you can find many restaurants and stores.
