"The best thing about the hotel is the swimming pool. We had to change rooms after the first night because the toilet would not work properly. Also, the a/c in the room was very weak, the bathroom is minuscule, no hair dryer in the whole hotel, very poor lighting in the room and the bathroom. In the second room we had to get maintenance to fix that toilet also. The whole room needs a paint job. There are cracks in the walls and there is a piece of glass missing from the bathroom window that doesn’t allow the a/c to have its full effect. We had to put the bathroom mirror back up because it fell off of the wall. To top it off the mattress on the bed is way too soft. There is no way that this should be rated as a 3 star hotel. Because of this experience my wife would rather that I never use Expedia again. It could have been a great trip for my birthday, but , what a disappointment !!!"
