"Clean room, beautiful grounds, amazing views, great food, excellent staff. The internet connection was poor but thats my only complain."

"The common restrooms were unclean and lacked basic toiletries. The staff was inattentive, and we were informed that if we sat by the bar tools, we were expected to purchase drinks and food. It took over an hour to receive our appetizers, and we ultimately had to go to the bar ourselves to order additional drinks. Overall, the service was poor. When we asked if Spanish music could be played, we were told the music selection was based on the bar’s theme in the Margaritaville next to the pool area."
