"The place was clean and close to restaurants and walking distance to beach. Communication on how to check into room was easy to follow. After I had checked out I realized I left my phone charger in room….a few texts back and forth I was able to pick up charger a few days later I was very happy that they took the time to look for it and made sure I got it back😊"

"This was a great home base for our trip to San Juan! The three of us had plenty of room and we really appreciated the amenities: well supplied kitchen and laundry. We had a couple minor maintenance issues, but the guest services team was always right on top of things - really great communication. Lots of restaurants nearby and walking distance to the beach. I wouldn't want to try parking there though, as the streets are very narrow and parked cars regularly lost their side mirrors. The area info...
