Spacious 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet area within a short walk to train station. The stairs are very steep making it difficult to carry luggage. The owner is very responsive and close by if assistance is required. The kitchen is well equipped however no tea or any condiments is provided. Good option for families or small groups

圧倒的な広さとオーナー様のサポートが素晴らしいです。 少し建物自体は歴史を感じますが、マッサージチェアがあり、リラックス出来ます。 難波や通天閣へのアクセスもよく、USJにも電車で30分なので、立地はとても良かったです。 唯一、部屋の鍵の立て付けが難しく、夜中に帰ってきた時に、鍵が空かずに少し焦りましたが、大人2人でドアを持ち上げながら何とか開いたので、その点だけ改善できたら、長期間滞在してゆっくり出来てとても良い施設だと思います。

非常に綺麗で良かったが、玄関ドアの鍵が壊れかかってたので、修理しておくとこの後の利用者が安心出来ると思います。 また、階段が非常に急なので、幼児連れにはちょっと怖かったです。

到達酒店的房間，要上一條又窄又斜的樓梯，要小心行走。酒店如能提供洗衣機，就更好了，方便洗衣服。

酒店面積寬敞，活動空間大。設有廚房，可以煮食，近今宮站，只需徒步3分鐘已經到達酒店。從酒店徒步不用10分鐘，便可到達木津市場。

自宅がそのまま移動した感じの部屋でしたので、まったくストレスフリーでした。その上、交通至便のため、100点満点の快適さでした。 しかし、もしよりよく改善されるとしたら、次の点に気を付けられたらよいと思いました。ご参考に供してください。 なお、これは50代後半の老人男性の意見です。 １．防音：寝室2室、特に道路に面した寝室の窓を2重窓にされると完璧に閑かな部屋になります。道路は交通量はたいへん少ないのですが、深夜時々バイクや車が大きな音を立てて通ります。 ２．遮光：寝室2部屋の、カーテンを1級遮光カーテンにし、カーテンレールなど工夫され、レールの端っこや真ん中から光が入らないようにされるとよいと思います。また、玄関の非常灯の光が入ってくるので、道路側の寝室とリビングのそれぞれのドアのすりガラスには、遮光できる布が掛けられるようにしておくとよいと思います。旅の疲れもあり熟睡に近い眠りはできましたが、初日は少々寝付きが悪かったです。

広くてきれいな部屋

会社の合宿で利用しました。広くてきれいな部屋で快適につかわせていただきました。合宿をするというと、机や椅子の追加もしてくれて非常に助かりました。また暖かくなったころにぜひ利用させていただきたいです。
