部屋に暖房がなく送風・ドライ・冷房のみの設備だったのだけが気になった。施設自体は少し古びてきているのだと思うけども清潔だったし、高級旅館みたいな気持ちで止まれて楽しかった。

離機場捷運很進 四周環境很熱鬧..不怕沒地方逛街和購物. 一出門就是捷運站 超方便 而且...早餐很特別 送到房內吃呦！

お正月利用として料金は仕方がないと思っておりますが、せめて冷蔵庫にペットボトルがあっても良いのでは・・せっかくお茶の準備があるのですから。 アメニティグッズはきちんと揃えられていてよかったです。 ただ今回利用した部屋は、トイレと洗面台が同じ空間にあり、しかも脱衣所とトイレの仕切りが無かったのにはビックリしました。 家族での利用でしたが、友人同士の場合はなかなか厳しいお部屋ではないでしょうか。

難波駅から地下道を通って行け、とても便利な場所にあります。 少し築年数は経っているような感じは受けましたが、とても清潔でした。 今回宿泊した部屋には、とてもびっくりしました。 また宿泊できればと思います。

おすすめホテル

家族3名(大人2名、3歳児1名)で利用しました。予約時に2名用の部屋の布団が1枚のみと小さく記載があったため、最大4名用の部屋を選びました。(布団2枚と記載あり)。部屋は最大4名用なので広く快適でした。 古い作りではありますが、駅から直結でホテルまで行け、アクセス抜群です。

Hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is located centrally, which made it a great pick to get around the city. The rooms were clean, but in need of some maintenance to get them back into good condition. We stayed in a traditional Japanese room. Our room had scratches and some staining on the walls, grout in the bathroom was discoloured and the furniture could use some updating (scratches on the table, the sitting chair were a bit discoloured). All that said, it was a great central spot to see the city!

廁所有尿騷味，打掃有待加強… 不打掃才有免費的飲用水當獎勵，但是只住一晚也不需要打掃呀！怎麼也沒有提供飲用水呢？

大満足です♪

一泊でしたが、駅も直結のようでとても便利でした。 また、翌日は朝から夕方まで荷物も預かってくださりとても助かりました。また大阪旅行の際には是非利用したいと思います。駅周辺はたくさんのホテルがありますが、値段もリーズナブルなので、食い倒れ旅をしたい方には大変オススメです♪

The japanese room (10 tatami mats) is very spacious (by japanese standard) and has divided living/sitting areas. The decor seems dated and worn. However, for the convenience of location and space, i would stay there again.

立地も部屋も○

交通がとても便利な立地。部屋は和室で広さも充分、ゆったりできた。 仕切りの後ろにベッドがあって、部屋が分けられているのが良い感じでした。 お風呂だけがビジネスホテル風です。場所を考えると、ここは仕方ないかなと思います。 フロントの方も、こちらの要望に丁寧に答えてくれて、とても親切にしてもらえました。 空港バスも目の前、地下鉄からも直結という便利さ。 また利用したいです。

家族5人で利用

チェックイン後、部屋に行くとテーブルは埃まみれ。しばらくして布団を準備しに来てくれましたが、ひいてる最中は埃が舞って…部屋掃除機かけてるのか疑問でした。 窓はロックが掛けられて開かず。 1時〜5時半外出は防犯上ロビーの出入り口は施錠されて出入りできず。 早朝、コンビニ行こうとフロントに電話しても誰も出ない。仕方なく5時半施錠解除まで待ちました。 部屋の窓も開かない、ロビーの自動ドアも開かないだと…チェックイン時に非常ドアの案内もされなかったので、万が一火災で避難することを考えたら怖いなと思いました。
