A cozy and comfortable stay! Though the room was small, it felt surprisingly spacious and the remote-controlled AC made it easy to relax. The bathroom being outside was a minor inconvenience at first, but I quickly adapted. Overall, a pleasant experience.
Clean and quiet, towels, toothbrush, complimentary cold or hot, water coffee or tea.
Close to public transportation, 15 min walk to the zoo, 10 min walk from spa world. Great experience at this location. Would stay again.
Second time here. Always nice and clean. Complimentary cold/hot coffee, tea and water.
Mens and womens onsen on site. Close to don quijote and cheap eats. Excellent pit stop before the airport.
The staff is very nice and helpful with one of the day workers speaking fluent English. I actually don’t mind the tatami mat. It’s in a very convenient location. However, on the last day, I woke to discovered I had bed bug bites all over my thighs and ankles. It was pretty alarming.

Place is very affordable, free daily toiletries such as towels and toothbrushes. Western style toilets and warm shower room. If you do not mind the noise of area, there are free earplugs at the reception. I reccomend the izakayas in the area along the strip.
Fantastic location, great for a short stay or those in Osaka to explore. I’ll definitely be staying there again. The staff were lovely. The only thing I wasn’t to fond of was the smell of cigarettes around the elevator and hallway - it’s not the end of the world but I’m a non smoker and dislike the smell tremendously.

The location is great. It’s right next to Shin-Imamiya and Dobutsuen station. With the hotel being near the station and the street there’s a lot of noise to sleep through.
The room is fine. It’s small but I expected it to be. I can’t imagine two people in the room though I stayed solo. There’s not much space for luggage.
I wish there was a mirror and a better pillow. Seriously, the pillow felt like a half full bag of rice. Thankfully the ac/heating worked fine.
There’s only one elavtor and it’s quite slow. The staff is very nice and helpful. The washer and dryer room is pretty bad. It’s 200 yen to wash but the dryer does a poor job drying so I had to use the dryer 3 times which is 30 min each 100 yen each. I recommend finding a laundromat!
Very efficient and well-managed, and great common-area amenities for this price range, I'd be happy to stay again; thank you for translating many of the signs and instructions into English
Everything was good except on the 10th floor there is only 1 restroom for males and 1 restroom for females. When I my stomach was aching and I have to use the toilet I had to wait. Anyone could have am accident due to 1 toilet only. This isn’t good when 19-20 rooms are sharing 1 male and 1 female toilet on the floor. Anyway, the hotel is ideally located near Donki and the train station.
It was a bit smaller than we were expecting. The service was good and they helped us figure out how things work on our first night in Japan. Very friendly and a good introduction. It’s very close to Tsutenkaku area, lots of food options. Also very close to the metro and JR lines stations.
Room had no bathroom/washroom (had to use public bathroom end of corridor), tiny room. Hotel description was very deceiving (no clear description). Area was close to the metro/subway, but no elevator/escalator in that subway with large luggages it was hard (you had to carry them up the stairs). Very disappointed. We could not stay another night there (never got refund). If you’re traveling with a senior citizen I recommend staying somewhere else.
One of my worst experiences in all of Japan. Especially the check in process. By the time I arrived which was around 11:30pm they closed the reception and made me walk to another hotel to pick up my keys and check in. The advertisement said they would have the lobby open until 12am, yet clearly had closed earlier. The room was not clean and the neighborhood was not ideal. Spend a little bit more for a better stay at another hotel.

Busted A/C
Cheap hotel in an older building with terrible lighting in rooms and, most importantly, busted A/C units.
Even at an extremely low setting, the A/C in the room is overpoweringly strong, to the point where items become cold to the touch. Having to battle with the A/C by continuously turning it on and off was extremely uncomfortable.
The provided two pillows were also worthless, being bead-filled sacks that cannot maintain any shape and thus gave little cushioning for your head. Additionally, while not an issue for me and contrary to what the Hotels.com page claims, the front desk cannot communicate in English.
I will not stay here in the future.
