とにかくスタッフが素晴らしい！

悪いところが１つもない！ 駅近、大浴場(サウナと露天風呂あり)、朝食ビュッフェ、部屋の広さ、、、。 何よりもスタッフの方が全員とても親切で、接客が気持ちいい✨ 80代の両親が利用したためWi-Fiの繋ぎ方が分からず質問したところ丁寧に教えてくださったり、何度も確認してしまっても笑顔で対応してくださり、２泊しましたが快適の極みだったようです。 両親はしきりに「また泊まりたい」を連発していて、予約した私まで幸せな気持ちになりました。 フロントの田中さんとサクラさん、Wi-Fiを繋いでくださった若い方…、本当にありがとうございました💕

徒歩圏内でコンビニや飲食店などあるので過ごしやすかったですし、大浴場も嬉しいサービスでした。ただ、少し壁が薄く隣の部屋の方のいびきや線路が近いので電車の音が聞こえます。 アメニティーで耳栓がありますが、音に敏感な方は過ごしにくくなるかもしれません。 私みたいに気にしない方は普通に過ごせます。

清潔で従業員の方の対応も親切で良かったです。大浴場とサウナがあることで宿泊をを決めましたが、サウナの匂いがきつく、水風呂も故障中で使えなかったので残念です。

総合的には良いのですが お風呂のゴミはずっと捨ててない 朝1番に入ったのに脱衣所は髪の毛だらけ 絶対掃除してない。 これは毎回お風呂に関しては ゴミと髪の毛は気になります、、 洗面器にも髪の毛がべっとり付いてて そのまま伏せてある。 改善を希ます。 その他は最高です。

古いビジネスホテルだがキレイに掃除してあり旅館のような雰囲気がある。ただ近くの道を走る車の音や夜中に帰ってくるお客などあり、外国人だろうかスマホを使わないで廊下で大きな声を出す人などビジネスホテルにありがちなことはあったが、大浴場があるのでその分は静かだった。スタッフは親切で感じ良い。

フロントの男性がとても親切に説明してくれて安心感がありました。 大浴場手前の外に続くドアが夜まで開けっぱなしなのには驚いたし不満でした。誰でも外から入れる状態はどうでしょうか？ 開いていた為なのか、朝、蛾の死骸が転がってたのも気になった。 あとは素晴らしいホテルでした。

部屋の空調設備を更新して欲しい。 運転時の動作音が気になるのと、湿度とのバランスがとりずらい。温度を下げると寒く上げると暑い。夏場でも長袖シャツがあった方がいい。加湿器をレンタルすれば良いかも。

キレイ！大浴場が最高！また利用したいです！

部屋も廊下もきれいです！ ビジネスホテルなのに大浴場+サウナがあります！ 部屋は、浴槽が汚れが染み付いてて そこだけが残念でした。 テレビのオフタイマーがあると嬉しいです！ 和朝食も旅行気分を味わえます(*^^*) お味は期待する程ではなかったです。 冷凍や出来合い物感が残念でした。 焼きたて玉子焼きや 生たまごなどあるともっと嬉しかったです。 納豆が美味しく無かったので 味見して取り引き業者を決めて欲しいです。 駐車場が有りとサイトではなってますが 実際はありません。 すぐ橫と前にタイムズが1日500円で利用になります。 スタッフの方も皆さん感じよく また利用したいです！
