"Pleased with everything "

"The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of city centre shops, the cathedral and Chester racecourse. All the hotel staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The bedroom had everything required including coffee and tea making facilities. The restaurant offered a good breakfast and a good selection of meals for dinner. We also enjoyed a bit of time in the swimming pool. Excellent."

"The hotel was beautiful and was very clean throughout. Room was spacious and very clean. Only downfall was the pillows were quite worn, so could do with upgrading. The staff were really friendly and helpful. A very pleasant stay. Will definitely be returning "

"Easy check in, lots of parking, room clean, bed comfortable, dinner very good. TV and WiFi great, able to plug our Roku in easily. Shower a bit dribbly, bed top cover stained and torn. Overall, excellent. "

" Comfortable room but was in room 102. The main corridor had a view into my room so I could not open the blind. (Meaning it was dark because hotel lighting in rooms are shocking! "
