Laundry facilities were good, cost about €7 for a wash and dry. We did not get the breakfast as it cost like €20/per person which seemed high for a buffet. "Clean, comfortable, small kitchen. Modern and neat. Nice location next to central railway station. You check yourself in and out and most of the time there's no-one on the front desk so I don't know what happens if you lock yourself out of your room or there's a security issue or a problem with the room etc. There wasn't for me and perhaps there are protocols in place for everything but I was a bit more mindful than usual. "Enjoyed the funky bunkbed family room, daily housekeeping like a hotel yet vast majority of housing here is for long-term students. Despite this, room and hallway in the hotel section was quiet. Laundry available but process is odd; ask at front desk. Check-in is touch screen automated but data entry a bit tedious. Good restaurant and cafe features. Short walk to major train/subway hub and Prater park. Fun place. "
