"Clean large room. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. No AC and initially not enough fans. That was tough. The shower had no shelf and slow outflow, so easy to overflow. The sink had a non functioning stop. Great location."

We had a leak in our room due to the air conditioner, and they promptly moved us to another room and comped us dinner the next night. The decor and ambiance felt like a boutique hotel, and the restaurant was vibey and delicious. Would stay here again."

"We are a family of four (two parents and two boys ages 15 and 13). We stayed two nights at Neulerchenfelder City Apartment in late June 2026. Overall, we thought the location was good and the room seemed to be a good value. We loved how spacious the apartment was (huge with high ceilings!). We had no problems finding the apartment or gaining access (through communication with the owner). We enjoyed the full size refrigerator, washing machine, wifi, and shower, etc. The location was pretty good - not necessarily within easy walking distance to major sights, but still centrally located and well connected by tram. We needed to park our rental car some distance away, but were able to use the street parking near the apartment in limited increments while coming and going. There were several things that could have been better. The weather was extremely hot (during a historic heat wave) and the apartment's lack of air conditioning made for a very warm apartment. There were two small portable fans in the closet, but one of them required assembly and was missing parts but we still made use of it. Using the fans and opening the windows helped making things more comfortable, but it was still too warm. The handle came off the bathroom door. I notified the owner about both the fan's missing parts and the door handle that fell off, so they should be fixed. And it wasn't anyone's fault that the weather was extremely hot - but this apartment is definitely not set up well for hot weather."
