Expedia got in contact with the hotel manager a day before my arrival and he/she denied the approval to refund the money. He/she said cannot be cancelled or modified, the whole stay will be the charges. I lost all my money that only god knows how hard is for us seniors to save money to reward ourselves. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone."
