" We used the check-in on line feature - provided ID everything - and that did nothing . We still had to provide all the information all over again upon check-in. Then they did not have the 2 x Queen we booked . IN fairness we were checking in about 6:30 - 7 pm - so late - however we thought we had " checked in " on line and "only had to pick up our keys" according to the email confirmation after the online check in. They spent a lot of time figuring it out . In the end they gave us the mega suite it was gorgeous!! Much appreciated the time and the upgrade !"

"Ok place. Right downtown. We’re in hotels 4-6 months/year. Coffee in the room is something I/we count on. This hotel has Starbucks ONLY. If you hate it as much as I do, bring your own large coffee pods or book elsewhere. They refuse to supply anything other than Starbucks in the rooms. That’s a dealbreaker for me especially considering the price point. Also, the king suite looks directly onto a large new development, obscuring almost the entire view. We’ll not be staying in a Hilton again."

"The room was older and needed an update. The cord for the water kettle was too short. The wall plug ins were so low. The mattresses are hard. The side chair didn’t quite fit by the bed, For the price and location, it was good. So we would overlook the rest. "
