"Tiny, sad, miserable little room. At almost $400 a night, I expected better. Also, is built over the central train station's train tracks, so I could hear the noise of the trains all night. Very disappointing. Would never stay there again. "

The hotel has a booking scheme for breakfast which helps to manage how busy the breakfast room is. The location of the hotel is excellent if you are arriving by train, and is convenient for exploring the historic centre of Amsterdam. The staff that we dealt with were courteous and helpful. I would stay at this hotel on a future visit."

"I booked two rooms during the tulip season, but the weather was not favorable. Therefore, we expected heating in the rooms, and there was none in either of them. Everyone complained about the same issue. Additionally, the breakfast is not the same as in 2020; it is significantly inferior."
