"We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "

"This is a uniquely situated, rustic property, run by lovely people. You will get a real experience of deep Morocco in the High Atlas if you visit. The area is incredibly beautiful. "Cute, authentic Berber riad. Imlil is a good 20-30 minute walk down a fairly steep road. Omar and his staff are very kind and helpful. They can arrange for transportation to or from Marrakech (40€) and even Casablanca (110€). We arrived during Ramadan and COVID. We weren’t sure what to expect, so we did not make any pre-travel plans. Omar was able to arrange for guide for hiking or driving tours on arrival. "Our 4 night trip to this special place exceeded all expectations . The accommodation and amenities are everything you would expect from a luxury hotel but what sets it apart are the staff . Everyone we spoke to from the Restaurant and Pool staff to the Managers were local people who live in the nearby villages and genuinely love where they work and how they are treated .They are happy to share their own stories and make it clear that they only want the guests to enjoy their experience . We were treated to a room upgrade with magical views . Little things- complimentary mini-bar , free water and ice creams around the pool are great touch’s . The planting throughout the hotel is incredible - we will definately be returning"
