The hotel was very modern, and built with a high spec standard and the consistent impression throughout was of a high-quality property. This point was particularly hit home in a positive way when we booked one of the pitch view rooms. This gave an absolute fantastic view of the pitch at the same time coincidentally a match had started so genuinely wonderful view, floor to ceiling windows in that executive box type of way.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful environment. The only thing is the noise from upstairs guest’s walking on floor.

This was a fabulous stop for us. The hospitality was above and beyond. The rooms were adorable and immaculate. I lo ed this place.

It was like staying in a castle; beautiful Manor house, grounds & pool area! The 2 BR apartment was absolutely wonderful! It was spacious, comfortable and had everything you could need. As we were 5 people, the 2 bathrooms were a bonus! It is close to a couple of pubs (walking distance) and a 10 min drive to town. We would definitely stay here again!

This hotel was fantastic and exceeded expectations , wish we could have stayed longer !! Staff was friendly and helpful , breakfast was delicious and rooms were clean and spacious. Shower and bathroom also excellent and roomy

The hotel is located in Bispham, to the north of Blackpool, but with good, fast connections via tram to the town and the area is quieter. The room was simple, very small and a little cold at this time of year, but the bed was fine and the shower and bathroom offered all that was required. There are teamaking facilities in the room. The ideal pup stay experiemce made even better on the seaside!! Room was perfectly charming, Sunday Roast the talk of the town, and perfect selection of beers, with some cash ales, gins, and cocktails. There are many good pubs to stay in Lytham; this is the best!

Wonderful, beautiful property. Refurbished 3 years ago but looks like it was just done. Lovely!. Extremely helpful, friendly staff. Right across street from beach area and family friendly activities. Quiet area. Glad I chose this area and hotel rather than in a city. Would return!!

We loved the property and the room was excellent. The only issue was the lift was out of working order. We would definitely stay again.

Cute, well-priced hotel in Heysham village. Wonderful English breakfasts get every day off to a good start. Location is awesome for fantastic views-2’ to the sea and 40’ to The Lakes. Rooms are cosy with nice en-suite bathrooms!
