Excellent location near Mall and MTR. Very personable staff. Great layout of room and outstanding view of harbor. Our suite (#09) had great view of city and harbor, and gave a spectacular view of firework during Chinese New Year (so we didn't need to go to the Bar Lounge to watch the firework). The restaurant had excellent menu and unique dishes. Truly a very enjoyable stay and experience!

Nice, clean hotel that has many amenities, close to wan chai subway stop and many stores in mall that connects to hotel. Recommend.

It is definitely a 4 star hotel. The hotel has been kept very well maintained. It is clean and exudes as high class ambiance. The staf is very polite and want to keep you happy. It's proximity to the HongKong convention center is a plus making it a walking distance. Around the hotel are many avenues for transportation including the MTR. There are many food options around the area and it is easy to commute to the Kowloon Island through either the ferry or the subway.

I had heard of the high level of service at the Mandarin Oriental, but our expectations were greatly exceeded on our business/leisure stay. The service was unbelievable! The people who cleaned our rooms continued to amaze us by folding our clothes, placing wire ties around my charging cables, replacing 6 complimentary water bottles daily, providing a screen cleaner for my laptop, and our list could go on and on. I stayed here with my wife the past week and the RC in Hong Kong is without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had. The service was simply excellent all-round, very warm and welcoming with every interaction. About the property itself, the facilitates are first class. The gym and pool are 118 stories high and are both excellent with views all around. The room are of decent size for Hong Kong, but not large (if you get the standard room). Our stay at K11 Artus was fantastic. The view of the harbour from our balcony was lovely and we enjoyed sitting out there in the evenings to see the lights. I would say, staying here was as comfortable as being at home. The convenience of the transportation options made getting around very easy. And the staff was very pleasant and helpful. I recently stayed at Hotel Icon in Hong Kong for four nights with my son, and every moment was delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
