"Loved this hotel! It's walking distance from Universal Studios and very clean. It also appeared to be newly renovated in some areas. There's a Starbucks and other restaurants onsite. The onsite restaurants were pricier than expected, but the service was excellent! There's also other restaurants in walking distance that have better pricing. There's plenty of parking, but at $33 per day it's seems like a lot. Overall, great experience for me and my family."

"Great location, outlet stores and souvenir shops at walking distance. Transportation to Universal was crowded but you can either walk 20 minutes or take an uber for less than $10."

"Was a great place for my needs! Cancelled flights due to weather and able to book at a reasonable price. Front desk attendant was great just a bit chatty as the line was long. Overall excellent experience."

"Was decent. Elevator took forever to work so had to use stairs mainly in my building. And jacuzzi was full the whole time and is small so didn’t get to enjoy much water. For the size of the place needs another jacuzzi or two. Main reason I booked was the jacuzzi and outside bar "

"I loved everything about it. They had something going on everyday to keep us entertain like singers, and djs. Nature on the other hand is a must look at before going. They close the pools if they see one lighting, but other then the norm their pretty great. Ill definitely be going again with my family"
