"Loved staying at Cityhub, location was great, really good value for money. I was a bit skeptical about the communal bathroom situation but found it perfectly fine, showers are individual and behind lockable doors with shelves and hangers for your stuff so you have plenty of privacy for the whole process, everything was always clean, shampoo and shower gel provided. Loved that the communal kitchen provided a fridge as well as kettle grill etc so we weren’t as limited with snacks as I thought we might be. Beds were clean and comfortable and staff were helpful and friendly. Over all I have no complaints, you get exactly what you need and exactly what you expect when booking :)"

"Excellent hotel. Beautiful setting. Spa and hot pool was very nice and relaxing, and cocktails are available to order to the pool too. The food was excellent in the restaurant, with very good service. The check in and check out was easy and friendly. The room was high quality, modern, clean with everything we needed. The staff even helped me dry my coat in the drying room after a wet day, which was a great bonus for the stay. Highly recommend."

"This would not be for everyone but you have to be prepared to stay in a clear “igloo” like bubble. Staff was friendly and there upon arrival but it is a small cabin with 2 shared bathrooms and showers for everyone staying. There is a fridge and coffee if wanted. The only thing in the bubble is a very comfortable bed, a small light and electric outlet. Each bubble is private and there is nothing like looking overhead into trees and the sky. The bed was the most comfortable bed with plenty of down pillows and comforters. They give you a lantern if you need to use it for the evening. We woke up to the sunrise very refreshed. Definitely an interesting and fun experience."

"Very quiet area of town outside Reykjavik. Hotel was clean and had plenty of amenities. Only scary part was someone walking into our hotel room at 2am because the door wasn’t closed properly. Didn’t learn till after that you have to lift door for it to properly lock. Overall, was a nice stay"
