"One thing I should suggest is that the bath should be complimentary even if one has to sign up to use it. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was for that and I didn’t use the bath. The breakfast was ok for the first two days after that it gets pretty monotonous without any changes to the menu, it is constantly the same. A to go cup of coffee or tea should be allowed. The staff were not that friendly and accommodating. The check out was great but the check in was awful. I got in 20 mns before 3pm and I was not allowed to checks in early; in this extreme summer heat, the waiting area was full of guests waiting to be checked in and no one even offered them a glass of water or cool Towel as we waited."
