"Overall stay was wonderful! Only thing that I disliked was how difficult it was to wash my hair; it felt like I was rubbing it with sandpaper regardless of the amount of shampoo/conditioner I used. Other than that, staff was kind enough to find my missing necklace (thank you so much!!) and the area was beautiful. It was away from the busy city and it was very peaceful. I definitely would come back to stay again in the future and highly recommend staying here as a getaway. Close to the aquarium...

"This was a great spot for our family. Tucked in a quiet residential area but close to all the places we wanted to visit. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. The host was very communicative and helpful. Even checked to see if we wanted her to turn the lights on for us for our arrival. Would definitely book again."

"Wonderful, spacious, luxurious rooms with private balconies. Very quiet and tranquil. Loved the fog in the trees in the morning. Also enjoyed the drive in and out on seventeen mile dr. Not really walking distance to anything but if you’re looking for a relaxing home base to explore from for retreat. This is it. "

"My husband and I enjoyed every part of our stay here. Anu is a wonderful host: communicative, clear, and helpful. She shared a long list of restaurants and excursions that we might enjoy while exploring the area and has stocked the room with thoughtful touches (I appreciated the Nespresso pods!) The accommodations are spacious, clean, and in a super convenient location. We cannot recommend this VRBO enough!"

"Great location - the beach cove across the street was amazing and the walk/running path was great way to explore the area on foot. We drove the17-mile Drive at sunset from Carmel back to the house; it was beautiful! "

"Excellent location. Deer visited the front yard every morning. Parking for 3+ cars, could probably fit six cars in the driveway if you really tried. No dishwasher, no problem. Photos need updating, as some of the furniture is different than pictured. More photos would be helpful for people to get an understanding of the floor plan. "We absolutely loved the location of this unit. Spectacular views of the ocean right across the street; nice park like setting with great walking paths. Close to the Monterey Bay Aquarium (owner offers 2 free passes)... we took a whale watching trip from the harbor... within 2 miles of the condo. Had a wonderful time with nice cool weather which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend this place. "
