"The apartment is spotless and beautiful. Further, the management team are very responsive and helpful. We requested a late check-out, and they were very accommodating. You are close to the airport and there are many shops around. The only issue we had was using the keyless entry. A few times, we couldn't open the main entrance door downstairs. There appears to be a connection issue with the internet perhaps. I would happily stay here anytime. Thank you for everything :)"

"We loved everything about this hotel. The food is delicious and the menu is great. The A/C was cold in the rooms. They had a nice gym to use. The service was great. They hold your bags securely if you arrive early. The shuttle is reliable, reserved and very nice. J.J. was especially great with helping us with our bags to the shuttle. There is a small flight of stairs to the main elevator. The room has good black-out curtains too."

"The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience for both intra-city travel within Madrid and inter-city rail connections, as it is situated directly above the Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station. Furthermore, Barajas Airport T4 is accessible within a mere 20-minute journey, and the Chamartin Subway station is also directly integrated. While the immediate vicinity currently presents a developing aesthetic, it is anticipated that this will significantly enhance upon the completion of the hotel's ongoing renovations. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and amiability, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. I will definitely return and stay again."

"The room was very clean albeit a little small. A perfect room for a short stay in Madrid! The ac worked great too. The staff was friendly and the building for our room was just a short walk away from the main building. It is all secure and feels very safe. The hotel is also located pretty close to the airport which was nice! The staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast phenomenal. The pool was also great -I will say it does not have a deep end and is a little small, but it feels great in the heat and is located on the roof which is very cool. We were the only ones up there but if there were even two other groups at the pool it would have been crowded -again this is on the roof so I understand why it is small in size but I think it’s a great amenity!"
