"Amazing hotel in an exciting district of Palermo. All the staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious. We loved our two night stay, we were able to arrive early & leave our bags & given refreshments which made our first day in Palermo sightseeing a great experience. Perfect is you are travelling by train as it’s an easy walk to the station."

"The staff arranged transportation from from Palermo Airport to the property and we always “DOUBLE CHECK” that if you are four (4) people all with large suitcases & trolleys; a large enough vehicle is sent. Unfortunately and not the hotel’s fault, the transportation service sent a small car that could not accommodate all our luggage easily. We made it to the property in very good time and the driver directed us the plaques on the exterior wall to know where to go. Guiseppe responded to our door chime and we entered into a large hallway with an elevator to bring us to the 1st floor entrance. The hotel entrance was wide and contained a multitude of travel books & guides for us to review while in Palermo. The rooms were GREAT. Bright. Great A/C. Excellent Shower pressure and water temperature. Very large Bath Towels and additional hand towels provided. The bed was firm and very comfortable to sleep on. We didn’t stay in the room except to change clothes when going out for dinner or to sleep. One of the most important thing about the property is how close it is to the Main Street in central Palermo - Maqueda. You are literally 5 - 10 minutes away from historical attractions, the opera house, shopping district & the Quattro Cantii area. Extra towels are available on request. Decent high-speed internet provided. Lastly, a nice 20 minute walk to the train station for us to catch our Inter-City train to Cefalu. All In All a wonderful stay."

"We had a very nice stay for a 1-night break in Palermo. The location is perfect—walking distance to everything in the historic centre. The staff were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was exceptional; however, it would have been helpful to know in advance that menu items need to be selected before arriving in the morning in breakfast room. Once we sat down, the quality was top-tier. A beautiful boutique experience overall!"

"Excellent value for price. Very warm and helpful staff (and owners). Breakfast was also excellent - ample with many sweet and savory items including excellent coffees. Superb location with easy access to many restaurants and sites. Minor issues were shower water does not get hot enough and had to unplug a lamp to be able to power electronics. No elevator but only one or two flights of stairs to climb. Air conditioning functioned well, and very nice touch providing a bottle to refill filtered water at our convenience. Would definitely stay again."
