"The service here was impeccable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My departing time was well after check out and I was allowed to use the facilities until I left for the airport. It’s a nice quaint boutique hotel. It was a little too cool to swim but the pool seemed very inviting. You’re very close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Shout out to BRUKBAR across the street. The only negative thing I have to say about the hotel it the temperature. The heat/ac is a singular unit...

"Keep in mind this was and old house so hotel is kinda old. It was raining while I was there and the room I was had some leaks and immediately they upgraded my room. You have to understand the history of the building before comparing others but the staff response was always top class. Hotel is in Palermo area so you can walk everywhere with no issues.
