Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. She met us early because our flight got in before normal check-in and she responded throughout our stay whenever I had questions. We also had an unforeseen medical emergency during our stay and we had to amend our plans. Cynthia was empathetic and extremely flexible, which was a really impactful in the time of extreme stress.The accommodation is also really well-situated in the heart of a lot of cool stuff going on....

"The place had a nice kitchen, small but well supplied with microwave, toaster, etc. Bedroom and bathroom was small, up a narrow spiral staircase, which was ok for one night. Everything very clean and well stocked. We were able to find a Subway open a few blocks away at 2:30 am for a late night arrival snack."
