"The room was impeccably clean! We literally had the very best view!!!! Soooo nice! Honestly, the bed was kinda terrible but I’m very princess and the pea, the smallest inconvenience is magnified by my sensitive sleeping, so beds were lame. BUT!! Coffee in the morning, heated pool, amazing views, friendly and accommodating staff and Impeccably Clean Rooms all out weight the bed and while I wish they would upgrade, I would very likely book again. For the reasons so listed above I highly recommend...

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. We planned a 4 night stay but because of the cool weather we cut the stay short to head for warmer temps. Staff and Expedia refunded the balance of the stay with no problems. Breakfast was good, hot food and cereals etc. If the weather were better, this would have been a great place to stay. Would recommend and will stay again."

"This was the first time I’ve had to immediately leave a hotel upon arrival. The room was not cleaned, had no sheets on the bed, hair and pests throughout, and a shower window that appeared to expose the entire bathroom to the courtyard. The AC barely worked and there was no way to reach a live person for help despite multiple attempts — only automated responses until the next morning.
