"No animation. No evening shows. Pools not heated in April. Nothing to do really. All inclusive package isn’t really all inclusive (as you have to pay for most drinks and food). Pretty simple food (tagine for lunch and dinner). "

The only real negative is the hotel excursion desk that arrange for private taxis and private excursions . Bit of a rip off and poor quality taxis provided. I would urge the hotel owner /general manager to replace this third party company - it is not a good look for Iberostar- otherwise it was a fantastic stay . "

"The food at this property wasn't good at all, very limited options, the staff wasn't very friendly at all, I had to make a complaint at the front dest, there's a short girl working at the reception desk, who is very rude, I think she doesn't like her job at all, very negative personality. I definitely won't stay there again, also it's away from the city."

Personalen är oerhört trevlig och hjälpsam. Poolområdet är fräscht och ca 1/4 av poolen är dessutom uppvärmd, vilket gör att man kan få omväxling i temp när man badar. "
