"The location for this room was absolutely fantastic, we went to the Motorpoint one night n the Concert Hall another n it was perfect for both venue's. Theres a reason why there are limited pictures of the room on your website. There's a lot of stuff in there that made it way more crampt than it needed to be. I wasn't given access to the facilities/leasure areas as the property description advertised. There was no guide of how to use the key card or an fire escape map in my room. Over all I am disapionted. "
