In the main bedroom you will wake up to the view each morning.
The open plan kitchen, living and dining lead to the rear deck that also soaks up the view.

The house sleeps 7 in a 1 queen bed and 5 singles.

Important Notice: Bookings made prior to 04/03/26 do not include linen.

Check in time is strictly 3pm and checkout time is strictly 10am. Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made. 

Please note there is a non refundable booking fee with every booking if cancelled.


Please note for Christmas/New Year bookings, first preference is given to the current guests. We will take new bookings from mid February.

Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.
