I’m writing this as an American tourist that has been to all-inclusive resorts in Cancun and Costa Rica a few times (to help you American readers compare). This resort is 5 stars. Staff is very nice and helpful. The beach itself is amazing. Clear waters, white soft sand. Just watch out for the sea urchins. Staff can give you more details about that. My wife and I just spent 5 days at the Linaw. We had a great time overall and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway without all the touristy attractions. It truly is hit or miss in the Philippines as far as lodging goes… but this place met and exceeded all expectations!! I was so thoroughly impressed with how quaint and clean the rooms were, so very comfortable. The staff was phenomenal!!! I am very pleased and satisfied with their staff Tine, Ron and Gab - they are really accomodating and friendly. The place is very nice and the ambiance gives you a positive outlook in life. The owner is also very welcoming and would spend time to talk to their guest about their experience and would even asks for suggestions to the improve their service which really gave me a "WOW" impression. 10 out 10 👍 I will definitely recommend Spinning Cat Hostel to family and friends.
