"We returned to the Henann Resort Alona Beach after first visiting in 2016. We were in a room back then and a villa this time around. What a beautiful set up! The bed was fantastic and my wife and I regularly slept 9-10 hours, just what we needed for a holiday break. "Modala was beautiful. There are many hotels in Bohol, but I'm so glad we chose this one. The pool and beach are pristine and quiet, and we loved the shopping area attached to the hotel, with good restaurants, cafes, and lovely shops for souvenirs and handmade jewelry. The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was extensive and featured local delicacies from Bohol - something new every morning. The staff were so gracious and accommodating. I would return to Bohol just to stay...
