"I would highly recommend the Henann Tawala Resort to anyone who wants to stay in a hotel that sets very high service standards and excellent facilities.Location is perfect,close to lots of eateries and some shopping.The rooms are very clean,modern and have everything that you need.The resort’s grounds are well maintained so are all the pool areas.From the time you check in to the time you check out you are really looked after.A special mention to the front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my Birthday a special one during my stay.I am very impressed with this Resort and give it a 10/10.Well Done"

"The property is in a quiet position situated away from the highway. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool and the rest of the hotel was very clean and maintained. Very relaxing atmosphere at the pool, it wasn't busy and perhaps that made the stay so relaxing and enjoyable. Definitely a place to stay again."

"The Golden Palm was a quiet oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle around Alona Beach. It’s too bad there is no direct access to the beach and we have to walk around for about 10-15 minutes in the heat, but otherwise the pools were great and the garden is well maintained."

What really stood out was how accommodating and helpful the staff were. From check-in to special requests, they were always friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure our group was well taken care of. They helped us coordinate arrival times, room arrangements, and accommodated all our requests. Would definitely recommend this place. The service made a big difference!"
