"We enjoyed this cute little apartment. The staff in the lobby were extremely helpful and very cheerful. It was very close to the Okada where we walked for Starbucks, pastry, breakfast and the occasional easy dinner. It was literally across the street. We enjoyed having a laundry machine with drying rack to do our laundry before we left. I brought laundry sheets so we wouldn't have to buy soap. "Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...
